This is a high-impact, senior-level analytics role focused on transforming complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that shape business strategy. You will work closely with operations, product, and leadership teams to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement across key workflows. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and business strategy, requiring both technical depth and strong storytelling ability. You will build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that enable data self-service across the organization. A key part of your mission is diagnosing performance trends and identifying root causes behind changes in borrower and operational outcomes. You will also support experimentation efforts and help guide data-informed decision-making at scale in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Operations, Product, and leadership teams by defining success metrics, evaluating performance trends, and delivering insights that influence servicing and operational strategy.
- Build, maintain, and improve scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and automated analytics solutions to enable self-service reporting across business teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations to understand shifts in borrower behavior, operational performance, and key business KPIs.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives, including measurement design, performance evaluation, and actionable recommendations based on results.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes by connecting insights across servicing workflows and business processes.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role supporting product or operations teams.
- Strong SQL expertise, including advanced querying, data transformation, and working with large-scale datasets.
- Proven experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis, define performance metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in consumer finance, lending, servicing operations, or related financial services domains is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, prioritize analytical work effectively, and drive measurable impact independently.
