This role is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce Omnistudio solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will act as both a hands-on developer and a team lead, guiding a group of engineers while contributing directly to solution architecture and implementation. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into efficient, high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, ensuring best practices, and maintaining high code quality across the development lifecycle. This is a remote contract role offering exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and modern development practices. It is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, enjoys solving complex system challenges, and is passionate about driving delivery excellence.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio solutions while mentoring a team of developers and ensuring technical excellence across all outputs.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and define technical solutions
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Omnistudio solutions aligned with best practices
- Design and develop custom Omnistudio applications, components, integrations, and automation workflows
- Oversee the full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices
- Work closely with QA, business, and admin teams to ensure solution quality, stability, and reliability
- Continuously evaluate Salesforce updates and recommend improvements or innovations
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise combined with strong leadership skills and experience delivering complex enterprise solutions in Agile environments.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Omnistudio
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams in Agile environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura components, and APIs
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
