Residential Concrete Superintendent in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at Sterling Construction Company, Inc.

Tealstone Residential Concrete is looking for an experienced Residential Concrete Superintendent to lead residential concrete operations across the DFW market.

We are looking for someone who truly knows residential concrete construction from the ground up — foundations, curb and gutter, driveways, flatwork, and all phases of residential concrete operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can step in, take ownership, manage crews and schedules, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship.

This is not an entry-level superintendent role. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, understands residential production environments, and knows how to manage fast-paced schedules while working closely with field crews, builders, subcontractors, and operations leadership.

1. Oversee day-to-day residential concrete operations across multiple projects
2. Manage schedules, manpower, subcontractors, materials, and production timelines
3. Coordinate directly with homebuilders, field teams, and operations leadership
4. Supervise residential concrete work including:
5. Foundations
6. Driveways
7. Sidewalks
8. Curb and gutter
9. Flatwork
10. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
11. Conduct site visits, monitor production, and troubleshoot field issues as they arise
12. Help drive accountability, communication, and productivity across crews
13. Maintain strong relationships with builders, vendors, and field personnel

1. 5+ years of Residential Concrete Superintendent experience
2. Strong understanding of residential concrete operations and production scheduling
3. Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple active projects
4. Ability to read plans and coordinate field execution
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced residential construction environment
7. Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus
8. Someone who is hands-on, dependable, organized, and ready to lead from the field
