This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and governance of global financial operations across a complex, multinational organization. You will lead all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance while ensuring a best-in-class internal control environment that supports sustainable growth. The role combines strategic oversight with deep technical accounting expertise, acting as the final authority on financial reporting standards and policies across international entities. You will also partner closely with senior executives to provide financial insight that informs enterprise strategy and operational decision-making. In addition to core controllership responsibilities, the position extends into procurement and global facilities, ensuring disciplined cost management and operational efficiency. This is a highly visible role suited for a senior finance leader who thrives in global, fast-scaling, and regulated environments.
In this role, you will oversee global financial integrity, internal controls, and cross-functional operational functions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment across the organization.
- Lead global financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate consolidated statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards
- Serve as the technical accounting authority, defining and enforcing consistent accounting policies across global entities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and control
- Manage all external reporting requirements, including SEC filings where applicable
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust global internal control framework, including SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Act as primary liaison for external auditors, internal audit, and regulatory stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate financial risks across accounting, treasury, procurement, and foreign exchange exposure
- Provide executive oversight of global procurement, including sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead global facilities and real estate strategy, including capital planning, lease accounting, and workspace optimization
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing global finance, procurement, and facilities organization while driving transformation initiatives
This role requires extensive senior leadership experience in global finance and controllership, with deep technical expertise in accounting standards, financial governance, and operational leadership across large organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
- CPA or equivalent certification required
- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, SVP, CAO, or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing global accounting operations for a multinational organization
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience overseeing or significantly influencing procurement and/or global facilities functions
- Strong background in internal controls design, audit management, and enterprise risk mitigation
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading large, distributed global teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational leadership capabilities
- Competitive annual salary range of $234,000 to $350,000
