If you are passionate about data engineering, HR technology, and innovative problem-solving, this role offers both impact and growth on a global scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, API integrations, and secure data architectures across HR platforms and business systems.
  • Build and optimize AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation tools to improve HR operations, reporting, and employee experience.
  • Develop practical AI applications leveraging LLM APIs and related technologies for use cases such as analytics, document processing, and policy support.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of AI and data literacy initiatives by leading workshops, providing guidance, and supporting internal capability building.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and governance standards when handling sensitive employee and organizational data.
  • Partner with leadership to align the People Technology roadmap with broader business priorities and long-term strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience developing production-grade data applications, dashboards, or internal platforms using Python.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in data engineering, including ETL pipelines, API integrations, and transformation of multi-source datasets.
  • Practical experience working with AI/LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar technologies in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure, cloud-based deployment practices, and data visualization tools such as Streamlit or Plotly.
  • Experience with enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth2, SAML, and identity management platforms like Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to HR or employee data.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently and work closely with senior leadership.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Terraform, Azure, or agentic AI frameworks is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and performance.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and HR technology initiatives with high organizational impact.
  • Flexible and collaborative remote-friendly work environment.
  • Career growth opportunities supported by continuous learning and professional development.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture that values innovation, collaboration, and individual contribution.
  • Access to global teams, industry expertise, and cross-functional projects.
  • Exposure to advanced technologies and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Supportive environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and skill development.
