In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations by managing compensation programs, commission processes, and incentive structures that directly impact business performance and employee engagement. You will work closely with sales, payroll, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate compensation administration across international markets. The position combines analytical expertise, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly detail-oriented environment. - Manage and maintain variable compensation structures, quotas, and commission-related data within compensation management systems.
- Administer onboarding, updates, and offboarding processes for sales employees within compensation platforms such as Xactly.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain sales compensation plans and supporting documentation for sales teams across multiple regions.
- Ensure accurate monthly commission calculations and payroll submissions for North America and Europe sales teams.
- Investigate and resolve compensation discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and system-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support compensation reconciliation processes, quarterly bonus payouts, and annual compensation review cycles.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Order Operations, and Sales Support teams to validate and reconcile payable sales opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and training documentation related to compensation programs and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales compensation, commission administration, or related analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience with Xactly is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested IF statements, and advanced data analysis functions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales operations workflows.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
