Evaluate existing food safety systems, including SQF, HACCP, and related programs.
Identify gaps between current operations and future-state requirements for a consolidated manufacturing model.

Perform risk assessments tied to food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational execution.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, quality, finance, and leadership) to align findings with capital expenditure plans.
Provide expert guidance to ensure investments support compliance, efficiency, and ROI objectives.
Deliver clear documentation and executive-level summaries of findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Food Safety, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
5–10 years of experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory roles within CPG or food manufacturing environments.
Strong expertise in SQF, HACCP, and applicable food safety and regulatory frameworks.
Prior experience in auditing, inspections, or quality/food safety leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience supporting facility start-ups, transitions, or consolidations is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across local, state, federal, and global standards.
Ability to translate technical findings into business and financial impact (ROI-focused recommendations).
