As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
- Develop relationships with seniors, healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners to generate new patient opportunities.
- Represent Community Medical Group at health fairs, senior centers, community events, places of worship, residential communities, and other outreach events.
- Educate prospective patients and caregivers on our healthcare services, Medicare options, and the value of choosing Community Medical Group.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach initiatives that increase brand awareness and patient enrollment.
- Build partnerships with brokers, health plan agents, social workers, case managers, senior housing communities, and other referral sources.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with prospective patients and community partners.
- Deliver engaging presentations to community groups and organizations.
- Develop strategic outreach plans and activity calendars to support membership growth goals.
- Track outreach activities, leads, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Support marketing initiatives, patient re-engagement campaigns, and special community events.
- Build lasting relationships with new members to promote satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Assist patients by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working with Medicare populations, seniors, or healthcare services
- Business development, community outreach, or B2B sales experience
- Established relationships with community organizations or referral networks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
