The Assistant Director, Leadership Programs plays a key role in developing the next generation of industry leaders by designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs for executives, emerging leaders, supervisors, and professionals. The Assistant Director, Leadership Programs is responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality leadership programs for executives, emerging leaders, supervisors, and professionals including but not limited to needs assessment and curriculum design; identification, selection, negotiation, and feedback of program facilitation; program participant recruitment; program logistics, measurement and evaluation; assessment feedback; delivering training programs; and budget management. The Assistant Director, Leadership Programs should be self-motivated and work independently, but able to team with a group of other talented individuals to lead and manage their respective open enrollment leadership programs, certificate programs, and/or custom experiences. The Assistant Director, Leadership Programs should demonstrate experience building strong relationships with senior level executives and key stakeholders. The Assistant Director, Leadership Programs will strategically collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify and recommend high quality programs, custom solutions, and services to partners and program participants of small, medium, and large corporations, government, educational, and not-for-profit organizations. Occasional travel between client sites, offices, or training locations as needed. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | * Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience OR five (5) years of relevant experience in business, education or leadership experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: * Master’s Degree in business, education, or leadership. |
