Description:

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nurse Aide specializing in residents diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spina Bifida, and other neuromuscular disorders. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality support to patients with neuromuscular conditions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition, including neurological and muscular status
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
  • Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times

Supplemental pay types:

*Signing bonus* : $8500

Shift:

1st Shift :7:00am-3:00pm

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
  • Experience with Mechanical Lifts or a willingness to learn how to use
  • Prior experience working with neuromuscular patients preferred
  • Knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and related care techniques preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain patient safe
