Growth/Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth/Performance Marketing based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a performance marketing function within an innovative AI-driven technology environment.
You will own demand generation strategies that transform market interest into qualified enterprise pipeline and measurable business growth.
Working closely with founders, sales, product marketing, and operations teams, you will create systems that connect marketing investment to revenue outcomes.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, creativity, and a test-driven mindset.
You will manage campaigns across multiple channels, optimize conversion journeys, and establish the foundations for scalable marketing operations.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a growth marketer who thrives in an early-stage environment and enjoys building processes from the ground up.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, industry publications, newsletters, and ABM platforms.
  • Develop targeted account-based marketing programs focused on enterprise decision-makers across supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations functions.
  • Partner with sales teams to define target accounts, refine messaging, and create campaigns that support complex enterprise buying journeys.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect marketing spend to qualified leads, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics.
  • Establish a continuous experimentation framework across campaigns, audiences, messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Optimize website experiences, landing pages, forms, and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion among enterprise buyers.
  • Support event and field marketing initiatives through targeted campaigns before, during, and after industry conferences and strategic events.
  • Build and maintain marketing operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, automation workflows, attribution tools, and reporting processes.
  • Manage paid media budgets, forecast investments, and provide leadership with clear insights into marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, engineering, and revenue operations teams to improve campaign performance and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or a related field, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex sales environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation or account-based marketing programs with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, ABM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, ROAS, attribution, and marketing efficiency metrics.
  • Ability to independently create campaigns, analyze results, build dashboards, and optimize performance without relying heavily on external agencies.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise audiences in industries such as supply chain, procurement, finance, operations, or other complex B2B sectors is a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical products and concepts into compelling messaging for business audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity, ownership, and continuous change.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and data-driven, with a strong ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Opportunity to build and own a foundational marketing function within a fast-growing AI technology company.
  • High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership, sales, and product teams.
  • Quarterly fully paid company trips to office hubs for collaboration and team connection.
  • Monthly home internet cost coverage.
  • Flexible vacation policy designed around employee needs.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Life insurance and disability benefits.
  • HSA/FSA access.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution.
  • Fully paid parental leave.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful technology shaping the future of enterprise operations.
