In this role, you'll be responsible for managing insurance claim follow-ups, improving collections, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts. - Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Meet daily and monthly collection, productivity, and quality targets established by clients.
- Review client requirements and process claims according to project specifications.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, payment delays, and outstanding account issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare status reports for pending claims and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with client quality standards and service level expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim resolution and revenue cycle performance.
- Experience as an AR Caller or in U.S. healthcare voice processes is preferred; candidates with relevant experience in U.S. medical billing are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently in a voice-based environment.
- Basic understanding of medical billing, accounts receivable processes, or healthcare revenue cycle operations is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts supporting U.S. business hours.
