Job Description

The ALTO US Corporate team is seeking a Director of Enterprise Partnerships to join our Business Development team.

The Director of Enterprise Partnerships serves as the executive relationship owner and strategic advisor for ALTO's enterprise retail partners. This role is responsible for cultivating trusted, long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes through strategic alignment, operational excellence, customer success, and sustainable growth.

Working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the Director of Enterprise Partnerships develops deep relationships, aligns ALTO's solutions with each customer's business objectives, and ensures exceptional execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle. From leading new customer pilots and enterprise implementations to guiding onboarding, conducting Executive Business Reviews, and driving strategic account planning, this role ensures customers maximize the value of their investment while achieving their operational and business goals.

As the voice of the customer within ALTO, the Director of Enterprise Partnerships collaborates closely with Operations, Product, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to advocate for customer needs, communicate successes and risks, and align internal resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, develops innovative solutions to complex business challenges, and ensures ALTO remains a trusted extension of each customer's team.

Beyond customer success, the Director of Enterprise Partnerships is responsible for driving long-term account growth through strategic planning, renewals, market expansion, and the introduction of additional ALTO solutions that create meaningful business value. By combining executive relationship management with consultative problem-solving and operational expertise, this leader helps customers strengthen their organizations while advancing ALTO's strategic objectives.

Success in this role requires executive presence, strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative mindset. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who builds lasting partnerships, influences executive decision-makers, delivers measurable business outcomes, and identifies opportunities to expand ALTO's impact within each enterprise customer.

The ALTO solution is an innovative new approach in addressing retail theft and store/community safety. This is a work from home, but hands-on position that will work closely with our Operations leadership and other members of the Operations team to ensure our clients expectations are met.

A candidate with prior client services / relations experience serving the retail industry is highly valued.

Overview of Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the executive relationship owner and trusted advisor for ALTO's enterprise retail partners.

  • Build and strengthen executive relationships that drive long-term customer success and business growth.

  • Lead customer onboarding, enterprise implementations, and pilot programs to ensure successful adoption.

  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) and develop strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, mitigate risks, and solve complex business challenges.

  • Advocate for customer needs while aligning internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities through consultative engagement and strategic planning.

  • Position ALTO as a trusted partner by delivering value beyond technology and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Communicate customer successes, challenges, and strategic opportunities to both internal leadership and executive stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and clients services/relations experience is required

  • Have 8+ years of experience in the Retail and/or Loss Prevention/Asset Protection Field

  • Have 3+ years of experience in the solution provider space working closely with customers

  • Must have a dynamic, high-energy personality and passion to serve clients

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail

  • Exceptional time-management skills with strong multitasking and prioritization skills

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry leaders

  • Must be a creative thinker, deal well with ambiguity well, and be a solutions-oriented person

  • Proven ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service and products to both internal and external clients

  • Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds

  • Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions

  • Must have prior CRM experience

  • Valid Driver License required
