The Scrum Master Sr will be responsible for guiding teams through agile practices, supporting delivery processes, and promoting continuous improvement across technology initiatives. The role requires strong leadership without direct authority, excellent communication, and the ability to connect teams and stakeholders effectively.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in adopting and improving Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
• Promote collaboration between development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Manage conflicts and facilitate productive discussions to achieve alignment.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to support project tracking, transparency, and workflow management.
• Collaborate with global teams and international stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Encourage agile mindset adoption and continuous improvement within teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting agile technology teams, excellent facilitation abilities, and a proven track record working in complex and collaborative environments.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar agile management tools.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and team discussions effectively.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with global projects, multicultural teams, and international stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
