Inside Sales Rep - Conveyor Consulting & Rubber (CCR) in San Antonio, Florida at SBP Holdings

Conveyor Consulting & Rubber (CCR) is looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing customer base. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by providing outstanding service, processing quotes and orders, identifying customer needs, and coordinating with operations to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term relationships, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for customers operating conveyor systems and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Prepare accurate quotations, process customer orders, and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Provide product recommendations for conveyor belting, conveyor components, industrial rubber products, and related solutions.
• Work closely with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and field service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales activity within the company's ERP or CRM system.
• Follow up on open quotes, backorders, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with vendors to source products and resolve supply issues.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and technical support.
• Stay current on CCR's products, services, and industry applications.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services that improve customer operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or industrial sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or technical education preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Prophet 21 (P21) ERP software.
• Experience in conveyor systems, industrial distribution, manufacturing, aggregates, mining, or related industries.
• Mechanical aptitude or ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Experience reading basic specifications or interpreting customer requirements.
