  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Merchandising, Strategy, and Engineering teams to define requirements and align on solutions.
  • Translate complex financial and business needs into scalable technical product specifications and system designs.
  • Ensure data integrity, scalability, and consistency across financial data models, ERP systems, and downstream reporting platforms.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in financial systems, ERP platforms, consulting, accounting, or finance-related technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting, financial close, reporting, forecasting, and SOX controls.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and retail or supply chain environments, with exposure to merchandising or eCommerce preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts applied to financial systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into product strategy.
  • Experience driving AI-enabled or automation initiatives within financial or enterprise systems is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $145,100 to $242,000 USD, based on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity (restricted stock units).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Inclusive health and wellness benefits supporting physical and mental well-being.
  • Remote-friendly work structure depending on role requirements.
  • Paid time off and flexible work policies supporting work-life balance.
