As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for complex, high-value opportunities within the healthcare sector, engaging senior stakeholders and driving strategic new business. You will operate in a greenfield territory with strong inbound demand, product-market fit, and cross-functional support from marketing and product teams. The role requires a consultative, value-driven sales approach with the ability to navigate large, multi-layered organizations. You will play a key role in expanding market share and shaping the company’s enterprise sales motion. This is a highly impactful position with uncapped earning potential, equity, and significant ownership in driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for managing and closing complex enterprise sales opportunities, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue growth across large healthcare organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while shaping strategic positioning in a competitive market.
- Own and manage full-cycle enterprise sales processes for 6–7 figure deals in the healthcare space
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers across complex organizational structures
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate clear value propositions tailored to diverse buyer personas
- Navigate and influence multi-threaded sales cycles, aligning internal and external stakeholders toward decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development teams to refine sales strategy and messaging
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota targets while maintaining disciplined pipeline management
- Contribute market insights to improve positioning, sales execution, and overall go-to-market effectiveness
The ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise sales experience, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a proven ability to close large and complex deals. You are comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders and adapting messaging across multiple personas within large organizations.
- 5+ years of closing experience in enterprise sales, including 6–7 figure deal execution
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles in enterprise environments
- Strong track record of quota attainment and measurable revenue performance
- Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and adapting messaging across varied buyer personas
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive deals forward independently in dynamic environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
