We’re looking for a full-time Rehab Aide to join our dynamic physical therapy team in Okemos, MI. As a Rehab Aide, you’ll play an important role in supporting both patients and clinicians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with exercises and therapy programs under supervision
• Preparing treatment areas and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
• Helping therapists with daily patient flow and equipment setup
• Providing excellent customer service and a welcoming patient experience
• Supporting administrative or front desk tasks as needed

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in healthcare, and rehabilitation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus (but not required!)
