We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused LMRT (Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist) to join our experienced orthopedic team. We are seeking a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist, (LMRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong radiology and communication skills.

What you'll do
- Operate and adjust imaging equipment.
- Accurately and compassionately explain procedures to the patients.
- Position the patient and equipment in a way that protects patient safety through a proper distance, angle, and height from the patient.
- Exhibit patience and empathy when patients are distressed, uncomfortable and hesitant in the procedure.
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays in an orthopedic clinic setting
- Ensure proper radiation safety practices are followed
- Assist physicians and clinical staff with imaging needs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation within the electronic medical record
- Deliver excellent patient care and customer service throughout the visit.
Qualifications
- Great, friendly, and compassionate people skills
- Current Texas LMRT license required
- Orthopedic or clinic-based X-ray experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with AthenaOne or electronic medical records is a plus
Physical Abilities
- Capability of working 8 hours per day
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, use hands and arms.
- To explain instructions to the patient through the x-ray procedure
- To lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
- Visual abilities include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Able to articulate clear and precise instructions for the safety of the patient, tech, and company

The pay range for this role is:
