Job Description

Description:

Beachview Rentals is growing! As an Owner Experience (OE) Liaison you are a trusted face of Beachview Rentals (BVR) for our valued property owners — serving as their primary point of contact. This role is built on relationships: earning trust through proactive communication, anticipating needs before they arise, and delivering a seamless, white-glove experience at every touchpoint.

An OE Liaison works cross-functionally to ensure every interaction reflects BVR's commitment to exceptional service. No two days look the same — you might be welcoming a new owner through onboarding, coordinating a remodel, managing an owner's stay, fielding calls, or tracking down a package or receiving a large shipment — all while keeping the experience smooth and the relationships strong.

Onboarding & Ongoing Support:

  • Support onboarding process with inventory assessment, purchasing and property preparation.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for inquiries and provide personalized follow-up for owner stays.
  • Support and coordinate projects and deliveries to owner properties.
  • Act as a first responder for owner-related issues, escalating matters appropriately while ensuring swift resolution.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Marketing to fulfill requirements and deliverables for owner requests and projects.
  • Track owner-related tasks and service requests via Salesforce and internal systems, ensuring timely updates and task completion.
  • Manage internal workflows, flagging bottlenecks and identifying opportunities to improve owner satisfaction.

Relationship Management and Reporting:

  • Foster long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness and transparency.
  • Maintain detailed records of owner preferences, communication, service history and expense receipts.
  • Document all activity, communication and services using company provided software.
Requirements:

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and software platforms.
  • Resourceful and composed under pressure when addressing urgent needs.
  • Able to track and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury service, or real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Familiarity with high-end vacation rental operations is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $33.80/hour

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (100% employer-paid options).
  • 401(k) with up to 5% company match and employer-paid Life/AD&D.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday Pay.
