Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Reactivation team in-office in Stamford, CT! This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and generating leads. If you are a persistent communicator with a "can do" attitude, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for people who have experience generating leads over the phone. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.

Only candidates possessing the following requirements will be contacted:

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Exceptional communication skills with a confident, persuasive closing style.
• Must be able to commute to our Stamford, CT office daily.

Job type: Full-time

Compensation:
Hourly + Commissions
$65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
