- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct bi-weekly strategy and performance review calls with clients
- Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable recommendations and insights
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to achieve KPIs
- Write compelling ad copy and support the development of video sales letter messaging and creative angles
- Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to improve campaign assets and testing strategies
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking systems, pixels, automations, and lead routing integrations
- Troubleshoot technical and performance-related issues across advertising and marketing platforms
- Contribute to client retention and business growth through strategic campaign execution and communication
- 5+ years of experience in paid media buying, particularly with Meta advertising platforms
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a performance marketing environment
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, appointment-setting campaigns, and conversion optimization
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive ads and marketing scripts
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Calendly, Zapier, and CRM integrations
- Experience in financial services or high-ticket marketing campaigns is considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
