This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced transformation executive passionate about modernizing go-to-market operations through AI, automation, and scalable workflow design. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance sales productivity, partner operations, and revenue operations efficiency by leveraging intelligent automation and AI-powered systems. You will collaborate across Sales, RevOps, IT, Architecture, Security, and Enablement teams to create streamlined, compliant, and future-ready GTM processes. - Define and lead the strategic vision for go-to-market workflow modernization and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Evaluate existing Sales, Partner, and RevOps processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and operational scalability.
- Architect and implement intelligent workflows that improve sales efficiency, partner experience, operational velocity, and data reliability.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI copilots, GPT-powered assistants, and automation systems across GTM functions.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Security, Architecture, and Governance teams to ensure automation solutions align with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive adoption of automation technologies including workflow orchestration platforms, AI assistants, and intelligent process automation tools.
- Partner with Sales and Partner leadership teams to prioritize initiatives that improve win rates, operational throughput, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional execution of transformation programs.
- Translate business objectives into scalable automation requirements supported by technical and systems teams.
- Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and operational standards for AI and automation initiatives.
- Support organizational change management efforts through training strategies, enablement programs, and communication plans.
- Measure and report the impact of automation programs through KPIs, ROI analysis, adoption metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Promote an AI-first mindset and encourage continuous innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Business Systems, or related functions.
- 5+ years leading enterprise automation, AI enablement, or large-scale GTM transformation programs.
- Strong expertise designing automated workflows and AI-assisted operational processes within B2B SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of sales and partner operational models, including the drivers of efficiency, win rates, and partner satisfaction.
- Experience deploying or managing AI copilots, GPT-based solutions, intelligent assistants, or workflow automation platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT, enterprise architecture, security, and data teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs with measurable operational and business outcomes.
- Experience establishing automation governance frameworks and scalable operational standards.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or compliance-driven industries is highly preferred.
