This role is a unique blend of clinical expertise and healthcare technology consulting, focused on improving oncology workflows and patient care outcomes through advanced radiotherapy solutions.
The Clinical Implementation Consultant partners directly with healthcare providers to support the deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical systems used in radiation therapy environments.
The position plays a key role in bridging clinical practice and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated into real-world treatment workflows.
It involves hands-on engagement with customers, including process analysis, training, and go-live support across multiple clinical sites.
The role requires strong collaboration with internal technical teams and external clinical stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and measurable value delivery.
This is a remote position based in Canada, with extensive travel to client sites across the region.
- Support healthcare customers in optimizing clinical operations, with a focus on patient outcomes, efficiency, and value delivery
- Analyze existing oncology workflows and identify gaps between current and future state processes
- Translate clinical requirements into actionable technical configurations in collaboration with implementation teams
- Provide expert guidance during system implementation, including testing, configuration, and workflow validation
- Deliver onsite and remote training sessions to support user adoption and effective system utilization
- Lead go-live support activities and provide post-implementation follow-up to ensure successful adoption
- Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate clinical, operational, and financial impact
- Contribute to the development and improvement of consultative service offerings and implementation methodologies
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clinical stakeholders to define system needs and expectations
- Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist qualification required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in oncology clinical settings and/or healthcare technology environments
- Strong understanding of radiation therapy workflows and clinical operations
- Experience in healthcare technology implementation, consulting, or clinical informatics is highly desirable
- Proven ability to analyze processes, identify improvements, and support change management initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage clinical and technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering training, onboarding, or user adoption programs in clinical environments
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with up to 75% travel requirements
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to bridge clinical and technical perspectives
- Competitive salary range: $82,000 – $117,000 CAD
