Commercial Marketing Manager

This role sits at the intersection of global marketing strategy, product commercialization, and cross-functional execution within a fast-paced life sciences environment. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, product adoption, and market differentiation across an international portfolio. Working closely with sales, R&D, regulatory, and operations teams, you will translate complex scientific and technical products into compelling commercial narratives. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership of product launches, campaigns, and performance tracking. You will also play a key role in aligning global stakeholders and ensuring consistency across markets. Accountabilities

You will lead the development and execution of global product marketing strategies that support revenue growth, market expansion, and product lifecycle success. This includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing annual global marketing plans, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Driving product marketing initiatives to increase awareness, demand, and adoption across target markets
  • Leading new product launches, including planning, coordination, forecasting, and commercial readiness activities
  • Conducting market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategic decision-making
  • Tracking performance metrics, sales outcomes, and campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies
  • Creating and overseeing promotional programs, campaigns, and sales enablement materials in partnership with communications teams
  • Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and execution
  • Serving as a product expert for internal teams, customers, and commercial partners
  • Supporting pipeline development, KOL engagement, and strategic business development opportunities
Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of product marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership experience within a technical or life sciences environment. You should be comfortable translating complex scientific concepts into clear, market-ready messaging and driving execution across global teams. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within medical devices, diagnostics, or IVD environments
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and product launches
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders such as R&D, operations, and regulatory
  • Ability to interpret financial and performance data to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with standard business tools such as Excel, CRM platforms, and reporting systems
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
