Job Description

Job Title: Jr. Performance Marketing Associate
Nature: Onsite
Location: Karachi – Shahrah-e-Faisal
Experience Required: Fresh to 1 YearAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated junior marketing resource to support the execution and reporting side of digital advertising campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the performance marketing team on complex client accounts and assist in campaign management, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks.This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, reporting systems, campaign operations, and digital marketing workflows in an agency environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing and managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Support campaign setup, audience updates, budget monitoring, ad coordination, and campaign optimization tasks.
  • Maintain accurate reports, trackers, dashboards, and campaign sheets with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and account management teams for campaign execution.
  • Assist in QA checks for ads, landing pages, UTM tracking, forms, and reporting data.
  • Conduct basic market, competitor, keyword, and audience research.
  • Help manage internal project trackers, timelines, and operational tasks.
  • Learn and work with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Canva, and Google Sheets.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, AI tools, automation workflows, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Basic understanding of paid ads, social media marketing, digital marketing, and campaign workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Internship experience in a digital marketing agency, SaaS company, software house, or marketing team.
  • Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
  • Basic understanding of campaign reporting and performance metrics.
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and marketing technology.
  • Digital marketing certifications will be a plus.
