Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring full-time Dining Room Managers with high-volume experience at our full-service Acres of Clams location on Pier 54 in downtown Seattle.

These managers will work with their GM to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability. This position will have a hourly wage range between $32.00 and $37.00 and a potential quarterly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.

Preferred candidates for this position will have:

• At least 3-4 years of experience managing the front-of-house at a high-volume full-service restaurant (seafood and wine knowledge will be helpful)
• A strong track record in controlling costs and achieving financial objectives
• The desire to hire and train the best employees and motivate them to Ivar's high standards of excellence
• Valid Washington State food handler MAST permits
