You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain audit-ready processes, manage provider enrollments, and ensure adherence to evolving healthcare regulations. - Manage Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollments across multiple entities, including applications, renewals, revalidations, and ongoing regulatory updates.
- Oversee state licensing processes and maintain compliance with all enrollment, reporting, and renewal deadlines to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain and monitor centralized compliance tracking systems for licensing, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business Development, Client Success, and Implementation to ensure operational compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Support compliance with CMS systems and reporting requirements, including PECOS, HPMS, and ACCESS-related obligations.
- Review, maintain, and update compliance policies, procedures, documentation, and internal controls to align with evolving regulations and business needs.
- Coordinate and respond to external audits, client inquiries, privacy incident reporting requirements, and compliance investigations.
- Develop, administer, and track company-wide compliance training programs and educational materials for employees and leadership teams.
- Conduct regulatory research, identify compliance risks, escalate concerns appropriately, and support broader compliance oversight initiatives and committee activities.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline compliance operations, improve documentation processes, and enhance productivity across recurring tasks.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or related compliance-focused roles.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Medicare and Medicaid enrollments, provider licensing, and multi-state regulatory compliance activities.
- Strong familiarity with CMS systems and healthcare regulatory platforms including PECOS and HPMS.
- Experience drafting, maintaining, and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Background creating and delivering compliance training programs and educational initiatives within regulated environments.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, entities, and regulatory workstreams independently.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities in highly regulated environments.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while also operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research, documentation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency is strongly valued.
- Experience working across multiple corporate entities or within healthcare technology environments is preferred.
- Formal legal or compliance education such as a Juris Doctor, paralegal certification, or equivalent legal/compliance training is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
