In this role, you will focus on optimizing how teams build and deliver products by improving workflows, governance, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and commercial teams to streamline operations and enable high-impact software delivery at scale. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, making it ideal for someone passionate about process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. You will also play a key role in strengthening communication, visibility, and execution across the entire product development lifecycle. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape operational excellence within an innovative and collaborative technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define, implement, and scale operational frameworks and standard operating procedures across the product development and technology lifecycle.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, collaboration, and scalability across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and commercial teams.
  • Establish and manage Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to align engineering execution with product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Own and optimize the internal product and technology tooling ecosystem, including collaboration, planning, documentation, and workflow management platforms.
  • Develop governance standards to ensure consistent documentation practices, accurate roadmap visibility, and well-maintained engineering backlogs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and operational budgets related to development and collaboration tools.
  • Build and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to organizational health, product delivery, release quality, adoption, and team performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that provide leadership teams with real-time operational insights and resource visibility.
  • Lead operational planning cadences including quarterly business reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, strategic planning cycles, and launch readiness activities.
  • Translate complex technical updates into clear and actionable communications for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key operational liaison between technical teams and go-to-market functions to ensure smooth product launches and organizational alignment.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product operations, technology operations, technical program management, or software product management roles.
  • Proven experience working within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated success scaling product and engineering operations within rapidly growing or complex technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and operational best practices across product and engineering teams.
  • Experience managing operational tooling ecosystems such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and similar collaboration or workflow platforms.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable operational processes, governance frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
  • Strong analytical and business intelligence skills with experience building operational dashboards and KPI reporting structures.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
  • Experience leading organizational change, improving team alignment, and reducing operational friction in fast-paced environments.
  • Healthcare technology or healthcare SaaS experience is considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in remote or distributed team environments.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment across the United States.
  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovation-focused software organization.
  • Collaborative and supportive company culture focused on professional growth and development.
  • Exposure to high-impact operational and strategic initiatives across product and technology functions.
  • Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Flexible work environment promoting work-life balance.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, authenticity, and collaboration.
  • Opportunities to work with modern technologies, scalable systems, and high-performing teams.
