Responsibilities:
- Meet and consistently exceed established individual and overall store sales goals.
- Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style and values.
- Proactively introduce the collection to clients, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise.
- Cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and client-centric in-store environment.
- Possess and demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, leading by example on the sales floor.
Store Operations & Inventory
- Maintain impeccable store visual standards, merchandise presentation, and overall store appearance.
- Ensure accurate Inventory compliance and awareness, including processing new shipments and transfers.
- Uphold the store’s cleanliness and all required health and safety measures.
- Adhere to all brand dress code standards, acting as a representative of the brand.
Skills & Abilities
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and be an approachable, effective listener.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and willingness to think creatively ("outside the box") for effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment that prioritizes teamwork and collaboration while also being self-motivated and able to execute tasks independently.
- Possess a passion for retail and a dedication for advancement within the store team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional retail experience is required.
- Proven success in a sales-driven role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a L’AGENCE brand ambassador, upholding dress code standards
