Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Overview: The Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades works directly with our existing service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities and deliver a seamless, personalized buying experience. This role is designed for a self-sufficient sales professional who wants more control, better work-life balance, and access to warm, qualified opportunities—no cold calling required.

Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Responsibilities
- Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade and equity opportunities
- Engage customers in the service drive and present personalized solutions
- Structure deals that create value for the customer, dealership, and lender
- Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business

Qualifications:
- Proven success in automotive sales (1+ year preferred)
- Strong understanding of deal structure, lender expectations, and customer needs
- Ability to work independently with confidence and accountability
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to continuously improve
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Must have a valid driver’s license
