  • Create short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Enhance content with motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and professional audio mixing.
  • Collaborate with producers, hosts, and marketing teams to develop compelling narrative structures.
  • Optimize content using SEO principles, metadata, thumbnails, and audience engagement insights.

  • Translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content.
  • Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced workflow.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in audio and video editing, particularly with podcast or long-form content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing B2B storytelling and short-form social media content.
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, or Adobe Audition.
  • Experience with sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and multi-platform video formatting.
  • Understanding of social media optimization for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of audience analytics, metadata optimization, and content performance tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work aligned with U.S. business hours and manage fast turnaround deadlines.
Benefits:
  • Remote full-time contract role with international exposure.
  • Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $800 – $1,500 USD.
  • Opportunity to create high-impact content for leading B2B voices and brands.
  • Creative role combining storytelling, production, and performance optimization.
  • Exposure to fast-moving digital media strategies and analytics-driven content workflows.
  • Collaborative environment working with global content and marketing teams.
