This is a field-driven, travel-intensive role suited for a highly autonomous and results-oriented professional. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and expansion within the refuse and heavy vocational truck sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key fleet customers, acting as the primary point of contact for large, complex accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, data insights, and proactive prospecting.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, understanding customer operational needs and delivering tailored product solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to align customer feedback with product development and sales execution.
  • Support the creation of sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to strengthen positioning and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of outside sales experience in heavy truck, refuse, vocational, or similar industrial B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large territory sales and closing high-value enterprise or fleet accounts.
  • Strong technical understanding of vocational trucks and ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both external customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and ability to manage complex travel and territory planning.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Remote work flexibility within assigned regional territories.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-impact, growth-oriented industrial sales environment.
  • Travel opportunities across a multi-state territory with significant customer engagement.
  • Strong emphasis on autonomy, ownership mindset, and entrepreneurial culture.
