Senior Research Director

In this role, you will lead high-impact market research initiatives focused on evolving work trends, AI, cloud technologies, collaboration tools, and digital workplace transformation. You will combine thought leadership, analytical rigor, and client advisory expertise to deliver actionable insights to senior executives and industry stakeholders. The position offers significant visibility through public speaking engagements, consulting projects, and collaboration with international analyst teams. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage a comprehensive Future of Work research agenda, including primary and secondary market research initiatives.
  • Conduct survey design, qualitative interviews, market analysis, and data interpretation to produce high-value research reports and insights.
  • Deliver thought leadership through written publications, client briefings, webinars, and presentations at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with global analyst teams to strengthen research quality, market visibility, and revenue growth for the practice.
  • Provide advisory services and strategic guidance to technology vendors, enterprise clients, and business leaders.
  • Support consulting engagements and custom research projects focused on workplace transformation and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives that elevate visibility and engagement within the Future of Work space.
  • Analyze the impact of technologies such as AI, cloud computing, collaborative platforms, security solutions, and talent management tools on workplace evolution.
  • Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and delivering actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research, consulting, technology analysis, or related industries with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in workplace technologies, digital transformation, AI, cloud computing, collaboration tools, and evolving workforce trends.
  • Proven experience conducting primary and secondary research, including survey design, data analysis, and qualitative methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, report writing, and executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with experience translating complex research into practical business insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams and international environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; familiarity with analytics tools for social science or market research is preferred.
  • Interest and adaptability in leveraging emerging AI-powered research and productivity tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
