- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered product features from concept through production, partnering closely with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Build and maintain scalable machine learning systems and data pipelines that support high-traffic, low-latency applications.
- Contribute to GenAI product architecture, prompt engineering strategies, model fine-tuning, and AI system optimization.
- Own ML services and features end-to-end, including monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, observability, and incident response.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer challenges and implement AI-driven solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Optimize AI workflows and deployment pipelines while balancing feature velocity, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for AI systems, maintaining documentation, SLAs, data contracts, and technical standards.
- Promote AI adoption and innovation across teams by championing modern AI development practices and tooling.
- 6+ years of experience in applied machine learning, AI engineering, and software development with a strong record of delivering production-ready AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience designing and implementing GenAI architectures and AI-powered product features.
- Hands-on expertise with foundation models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and open-source AI ecosystems.
- Strong programming and data engineering skills using technologies such as Python, Scala, Java, SQL, or similar.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance AI systems handling large datasets and real-time user interactions.
- Solid understanding of ML deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, observability tools, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
