- Build and maintain self-service dashboards and reporting content following established development and governance standards
- Support end-to-end data pipelines from HR systems through data warehouses into analytics platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and issue resolution
- Conduct systematic data validation by reconciling analytics outputs against source-of-truth HR systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage recurring operational analytics tasks such as survey data processing, scheduled reporting, and platform maintenance activities
- Partner with People Technology and Data Engineering teams on data integration, pipeline enhancements, and platform optimization
- Monitor and improve dashboard performance, usability, and adoption across the organization
- Contribute to exploratory analytics and insights generation as a secondary responsibility, expanding analytical scope over time
- Leverage modern AI tools to improve documentation, automation, and analytics workflow efficiency
The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics skills with experience in HR or workforce data environments and a passion for data quality and scalable systems:
- 3+ years of experience in a data, analytics, or quantitative role building dashboards, BI solutions, or generating actionable insights
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with analytics or BI tools such as Visier, Tableau, Workday Prism, or similar platforms (Visier strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with working knowledge of Python or R and experience with ETL/data pipeline concepts
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling using data for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and security best practices
- Experience building or supporting self-service analytics tools and driving user adoption
- Strong project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with sensitive or confidential HR data with a high degree of discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Competitive base salary ($104,500–$139,700 USD, depending on experience and location)
- Annual bonus eligibility and equity opportunities
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (including high-coverage employer-paid options)
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Flexible time off and supportive work-life balance policies
- Paid parental leave and fertility, adoption, and family-building support programs
- Mental health, wellness, and telehealth benefits
- Professional development, leadership training, and learning programs
- Strong culture of inclusion, recognition, and employee resource groups
- Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility across the United States
