Sr. Application Architect Analyst in India at Jobgether

This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, platform engineering, and enterprise finance applications, focusing on designing and scaling advanced planning and analytics solutions. You will lead the development of complex, multi-dimensional applications that support critical Finance and Workforce planning functions across global enterprises. The position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures. You will act as a technical authority for finance applications, ensuring high standards of performance, usability, and scalability. This is a highly strategic role where your decisions directly influence product direction and customer success. You will also contribute to continuous platform evolution by integrating emerging capabilities such as AI-driven features and workflow automation. • Lead and mentor Application Builders to deliver high-quality Finance Applications aligned with architectural and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to convert complex financial requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to UX guidelines, engineering best practices, and performance optimization across all applications.
• Drive continuous enhancement of applications by integrating new platform capabilities such as AI features and workflow automation.
• Support go-to-market teams by enabling demos, technical documentation, and best practice guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Finance Applications, supporting escalations and high-value customer engagements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development or financial systems, including at least 3 years in Anaplan implementation leadership.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification strongly required.
• Strong expertise in multi-dimensional modeling and enterprise planning solutions.
• Proven experience leading Agile technical teams and collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of CFO processes including FP&A, financial close, consolidation, and strategic finance planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
