This is a senior, delivery-focused leadership role responsible for owning strategic enterprise client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of complex technology engagements. The position blends hands-on delivery oversight with account growth, requiring a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. You will serve as the primary client partner for senior stakeholders, including VP- and C-level executives, building trust through consistent execution and measurable outcomes. The role spans end-to-end responsibility across delivery performance, account strategy, and commercial growth. You will also act as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and results. Operating in a fast-paced, global, fully remote environment, you will help shape long-term partnerships by turning delivery excellence into sustained account expansion.
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery and growth across complex enterprise client engagements while ensuring strong governance, execution quality, and relationship management.
- Own delivery across large-scale consulting and technology engagements from initiation through execution and long-term account expansion
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader, building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Develop and execute account growth strategies that align client objectives with organizational goals
- Drive account expansion by uncovering new opportunities through strong delivery performance and relationship development
- Oversee account operations including forecasting, staffing, contracts, SOWs, procurement, and invoicing
- Coach and guide delivery teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and high performance
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate strategy into successful execution
The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting and delivery leader with a proven ability to manage enterprise accounts, drive growth through execution, and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery roles
- Proven track record of growing accounts through delivery excellence and relationship management
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage VP- and C-level stakeholders
- Experience managing complex delivery teams, financials, contracts, and operational account structures
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, lean, and ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to engage directly in delivery challenges
