As a Business Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions that enhance supply chain performance. Working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate complex business needs into scalable systems, analytics, and process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives through data-driven decision-making, automation, and continuous improvement efforts. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of critical data environments while supporting business intelligence capabilities across multiple functions. - Partner with supply chain, planning, distribution, fulfillment, sourcing, and operational teams to identify challenges, define requirements, and deliver business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and implement scalable technology solutions, process improvements, automations, and system integrations to improve operational performance and business results.
- Develop analytical and business intelligence tools, including dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, system, and code-related issues while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of existing solutions.
- Maintain and enhance data environments, databases, ETL processes, and automation workflows to ensure data accuracy, usability, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and foster innovation.
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and project outcomes effectively across teams and leadership groups while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leveraging technology, automation, and data solutions to improve business processes and data quality.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, and experience developing and supporting database-driven solutions.
- Experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes, particularly SSIS.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems and the integration of data across multiple business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with supply chain operations, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, dbt, Informatica, PostgreSQL, .NET development, CRM analytics platforms, AI and machine learning technologies, robotic process automation tools, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Advanced degrees in business, analytics, engineering, or related fields are considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $87,000 annually.
