Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end strategy development for new growth opportunities, including market evaluation, business case creation, and execution planning across geographies and segments.
  • Drive investment prioritization frameworks and support leadership in making data-backed resource allocation decisions.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define strategic questions, structure analyses, and deliver clear recommendations that drive alignment and action.
  • Own annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, ensuring priorities are translated into operational and financial plans.
  • Develop and refine analytical frameworks that support build, buy, and partner decisions for new capabilities and growth initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality executive materials for leadership reviews, board discussions, and strategic offsites.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across product, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10–12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or high-growth operating roles.
  • Proven track record leading full-cycle growth strategies such as market entry, expansion, partnerships, or new business model development.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to build clear, data-driven investment cases.
  • Experience owning strategic agendas end-to-end and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority.
  • Strong problem-solving, structuring, and communication skills, particularly in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled tools to enhance strategic analysis and operational efficiency is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and equity package aligned with market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Mental health and wellness support resources
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional wellness days
  • Paid parental leave and sick leave policies
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States
  • Employee product or wellness benefits and discounts (where applicable)
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven organization shaping the future of consumer health technology
