We are seeking a licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Indiana to join our fully remote clinical team. You will provide virtual counseling services, psychosocial assessments, and client support while collaborating with an interdisciplinary mental health team. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible, remote work while helping clients improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

• Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling via telehealth

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA and Indiana regulations

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists for coordinated care

• Educate clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and community resources

• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Indiana licensing requirements

• Participate in supervision or team meetings as required
  
  

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

• Active, unrestricted Indiana Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license (required)

• Experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual client engagement

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
