As a Service Writer, you’ll play a key role in the success of our RV Center by helping coordinate the day-to-day operations that keep our guests happy and their adventures on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and assist them with their RV parts and service needs.
• Prepare and manage service work orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs and services are scheduled efficiently.
• Maintain inventory and order parts for RV systems such as refrigerators, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Process warranty claims and help ensure reimbursements are completed properly.
• Step in to support the team by assisting with guest transactions and assigning work orders when needed.
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and running efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Build positive relationships with teammates across all departments.
