This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication, and our growing distribution channel, Alumination Architectural Products and Armetco.
Position SummaryThe Recruiting / Training Development Specialist plays a vital role in fueling company growth and employee performance by managing both the full recruitment lifecycle and organizational learning programs. This position is responsible for proactively building a quality talent pipeline to meet staffing needs, while simultaneously establishing a clear vision for the training function. You will create, develop, implement, and conduct comprehensive training and development programs designed to enhance employee skills, optimize the onboarding experience, and support ongoing professional growth across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts.
Be a culture champion and conduct initial culture screening phone calls with candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide planning support.
Administer the talent recruitment portal and track recruitment metrics for continuous process improvement.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), creating, tracking and assigning relevant training content.
Facilitate the "New Beginnings" orientation program for all new hires.
Oversee the "First 90 Days" onboarding and integration experience.
Manage the mentorship program for employees.
Develop training presentations and course materials tailored to organizational needs.
Lead instructor-led training (ILT) sessions to enhance skills and professional development.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of combined experience in full-cycle recruiting and training development.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Strong presentation skills and adeptness with a variety of multimedia training platforms, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and learning methodologies.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and G Suite.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives, and to design and implement effective organizational development programs.

Salary Range: Starting salary is determined by a candidate’s experience, specialized certifications, and alignment with the role's core requirements.
