Job Description

Enterprise Implementation Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Program Manager based in United States.

This role is a high-impact, enterprise-facing program leadership position responsible for driving the successful implementation of complex, multi-workstream customer deployments. You will own the full lifecycle from post-contract signature through initial value realization, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and senior customer stakeholders. Acting as the single point of accountability, you will bring structure, visibility, and governance to highly complex implementations spanning multiple business units and technical environments. The role requires strong program leadership to align Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Support around a unified execution plan. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring risks are proactively managed and milestones are consistently achieved. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences customer success, adoption outcomes, and enterprise expansion readiness.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise implementation lifecycle, serving as the central program lead from contract signature through first value realization and structured handoff to Customer Success.
  • Build and manage master implementation plans, including timelines, dependencies, RACI structures, milestone tracking, and multi-workstream coordination across internal and external teams.
  • Lead all implementation cadences including kick-offs, weekly status reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure delivery progress and transparency.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders (CSM, TAM, Support, Product, Engineering) and customer-side teams (IT, Security, business units, sponsors) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate implementation risks through proactive risk management frameworks and escalation processes.
  • Participate in select strategic pre-sales engagements to assess implementation complexity and shape realistic delivery plans before contract signature.
  • Drive early adoption success and structured handoff to Customer Success, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, outcomes, and open items.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of enterprise implementation playbooks, frameworks, and best practices across segments.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in implementation management, program management, or professional services within B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years working with enterprise customers ($100K+ ACV).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations across business units, departments, and technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in program and project management fundamentals, including dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and structured governance frameworks.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to lead status meetings and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience working in cross-functional “pod” environments alongside Customer Success, Technical, Product, and Support teams.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and minimal structure.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a bias toward execution and outcomes.
  • Experience in SaaS implementation environments, ideally including enterprise onboarding or professional services delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM and CS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, ChurnZero) is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility to work from anywhere
  • Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package
  • High-quality health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Unlimited paid time off and strong work-life balance culture
  • Professional development budget to support continuous learning and growth
  • Company-issued laptop (Mac or PC option)
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise deployments in a fast-scaling SaaS environment
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with strong cross-functional exposure
