This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Analyst – Total Rewards based in India.
This role plays a key part in supporting global compensation and HR shared services processes within a highly structured, data-driven HR environment. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining compensation programs, supporting salary benchmarking activities, and ensuring accurate execution of HR transactional processes across assigned regions. The position also involves managing repayment obligations and related employee lifecycle financial processes with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. You will collaborate closely with HR partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve process efficiency. In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. This is a detail-oriented and operational HR role where precision, analytical thinking, and strong service mindset directly contribute to employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Administer and support global compensation programs including base pay, incentive pay, and job analysis activities
- Assist HR Partners and managers with salary benchmarking and compensation market analysis
- Support day-to-day HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution through case management systems
- Manage repayment obligation processes, including documentation, payroll coordination, and vendor submissions
- Liaise with HR teams and external vendors to resolve repayment-related queries and disputes
- Analyze repayment data and identify trends to support process improvements and root cause analysis
- Ensure accurate HR transactional processing while meeting defined SLAs and performance standards
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending efficiency improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or compensation support roles
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and managing HR data administration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processes
- Understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and HR service delivery processes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in structured, SLA-driven environments with strong time management skills
- Flexibility to work across different time zones when required
