IN HOME MITIGATION SALES SPECIALIST in Naples, Florida at Dry Force Corp

Expert Water Removal is seeking an experienced In-Home Mitigation Sales Specialist to join our team in. In this role, you will meet with homeowners during their time of need to assess property damage, determine the scope of work, provide professional estimates, and help guide customers through the mitigation process.

This position receives pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments, so no cold calling is required. The focus of this role is to provide excellent customer service, build trust with homeowners, and close in-home sales on the first visit.

This position requires a strong ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, provide solutions, and close sales during the first in-home visit. The right candidate will be professional, responsive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where urgency and customer service matter.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments using qualified leads provided by the company.
• Assess property damage and determine the appropriate scope of work.
• Provide professional estimates and solutions to homeowners during a stressful time.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Communicate clearly with customers, company management, remediation crews, and insurance carriers.
• Respond within one hour of receiving notice of a new job.
• Complete and process all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Use company systems, technology, equipment, and software to manage job information and customer communication.
• Support company standards, procedures, and expectations while representing Expert Water Removal professionally.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related home services preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance carriers, crews, and management.
• Computer skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using equipment, mobile apps, and job management platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including some holidays.
• Willingness to be on call during nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
