As a Custodian, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This role supports the daily operation of our Tucson facility by ensuring offices, conference rooms, break areas, restrooms, and shared workspaces remain clean, stocked, and ready for use. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute directly to a positive workplace experience across the organization.
What You'll DoMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean windows, walls, fixtures, furniture, carpets, and other facility areas to maintain a professional environment
Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies to ensure facilities remain fully stocked
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility
Assist with meeting room setup, including arranging tables and chairs for company events and meetings
Support special cleaning projects and respond to changing facility needs as they arise
Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and supplies
Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and guests
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and related custodial experience
Experience in commercial, office, industrial, or facility cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team environment
Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Flexibility to handle changing priorities and special projects
