Sales Estimator in Mount Gilead, North Carolina at P3 Services

Pride Plumbing is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in plumbing, enjoy building relationships with customers, and excel at creating accurate estimates, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

The Sales Estimator is responsible for meeting with customers, evaluating plumbing projects, preparing accurate estimates, and presenting solutions that meet the customer's needs. This role requires strong communication skills, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience while helping drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate plumbing projects.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Explain recommended solutions and pricing to customers in a professional manner.
• Build customer confidence through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Follow up on estimates and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Operations and Field teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and estimate documentation.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Represent Pride Plumbing with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing estimating or plumbing sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately read project information and prepare detailed estimates.
• Proficient with computers and estimating software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
