About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our new Canada Gold location in Calgary (4307 130 Ave SE #78)! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of store performance, team development, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be responsible for creating a high-performing, customer-focused environment while ensuring accuracy across cash handling, inventory, and data processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy leading from the front, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and confidence
  • Manage cash flow, including regular counts and strict adherence to procedures
  • Oversee inventory counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain strong operational controls
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation
  • Collaborate with other store managers to share insights and improve performance
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
What You Bring
  • 2–3+ years of management experience, ideally in retail or a customer-facing environment
  • Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to detail, especially in financials and inventory management
  • Comfort with POS systems, Excel, and general computer tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed

Schedule
  • Full time 8 hour shifts
  • Day shifts including weekends and weekdays
