Job Description

Global Channel Sales Operations Advisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Channel Sales Operations Advisor based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale the operational foundation behind a growing global partner ecosystem.
You will take ownership of channel operations, helping transform processes, systems, and data management practices to support business growth.
The position combines strategic program design with hands-on execution across partner management, Salesforce operations, renewals, and incentives.
You will work closely with sales leaders, regional teams, finance, legal, and technology stakeholders to improve partner productivity.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, optimizing processes, and owning a newly established function.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable driving operational improvements in a fast-moving technology environment.
You will play a key role in enabling partner teams to focus on growth while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.

Accountabilities:

The Global Channel Sales Operations Advisor will own the processes, systems, and operational frameworks that support a global partner program, improving efficiency, visibility, and scalability.

  • Own and evolve the global partner program structure, including partner tiers, requirements, benefits, progression criteria, and governance processes.
  • Define and maintain global deal registration policies, including rules of engagement, conflict resolution processes, and co-selling guidelines.
  • Manage partner agreement processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance and annual partner tier reviews.
  • Maintain Salesforce channel data quality, including partner account structures, opportunity attribution, deal registration records, renewal tracking, and ownership assignments.
  • Serve as the operational owner for partner portal functionality, including enhancements, user access, content management, and workflow improvements.
  • Build and maintain channel reporting dashboards covering pipeline performance, bookings, renewals, deal registration conversion, and team productivity.
  • Support renewal operations by improving visibility into renewal opportunities, risk identification, partner communications, and forecasting.
  • Manage partner incentive programs, including rebates, SPIFFs, co-marketing funds, and performance-based programs.
  • Oversee incentive workflows, approval processes, payout tracking, budget management, and ROI reporting.
  • Enable channel teams through onboarding, operational documentation, playbooks, and ongoing process support.
  • Act as a key escalation point for operational issues involving systems, data, partner processes, and incentive programs.
  • Represent channel operations in cross-functional initiatives involving pricing updates, product launches, technology improvements, and marketing programs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong channel operations expertise, Salesforce experience, and the ability to independently build scalable processes in a global technology environment.

  • 5–7 years of experience in channel operations, partner programs, or sales operations within a B2B software or technology organization.
  • Direct experience managing channel operations functions, rather than solely supporting channel sales activities.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or administering partner program structures, including tier models, deal registration, incentives, rebates, MDF, or co-op programs.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including partner account management, opportunity tracking, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or partner relationship management (PRM) platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing or supporting partner portals, including user access, workflows, content updates, and partner-facing functionality.
  • Ability to build, analyze, and communicate channel performance reporting using Salesforce, Excel, BI tools, or similar platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently create processes, documentation, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive health benefits package.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Regular company-wide updates and communication sessions.
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to build and shape a newly established global operations function.
  • Exposure to strategic initiatives across sales, partnerships, technology, and business operations.
